What Can I Expect When Calling For Sales or Service?


Sales

1. Our receptionist answers your phone call and after hearing your need, you are directed to a salesperson.

2. If all salespeople are busy helping other customers, please leave a message and your call will typically be returned within 2 hours.

3. After speaking with a salesperson by phone, you may want to visit our showroom to obtain more information and view style samples and color choices to help finalize your purchase decision.

4. If you would prefer an in-home appointment with a salesperson to view literature, look at samples, and obtain a free estimate, we can schedule that at your convenience.

5. When you decide to purchase a garage door and/or opener, your installation will typically be within 1-1 ½ weeks unless you’ve purchased a special order product.

6. We ask for a 25% deposit at the time of purchase and the remainder at the time of installation.  We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and special financing is available.
 
Service

1. Our receptionist answers your phone call and after hearing your need, you are directed to a dispatcher.

2. While speaking with a dispatcher, if it is determined that your problem cannot be resolved by phone, a service call can be scheduled typically the same day or within 24 hours.  At your request, our dispatcher or service technician can call you in advance to let you know someone is on their way or will be there within a certain period of time (i.e. 15 minutes, 30 minutes, etc.).

3. At the completion of the service call, our service technician will provide you with a Work Order with the service performed including any parts replaced and the cost.

4. Our service technician will collect your payment by cash, check, or credit card at this time.

5. 24-hour emergency service is available.
