"The initial service call was performed on the same day we reported the problem with our damaged garage door. We were extremely pleased with the professionalism and advice supplied by the repair technician you dispatched to our home. The tech was successful in getting the door operational for us to close it during the cold conditions that we experienced at that time. He then placed the replacement order and scheduled with your dispatched department to have us a new door as soon as it was available.
The installer likewise was very professional and I was surprised that he was able to do the installation by himself. It was a very cold day outside and he diligently performed his work without a hitch.
The door appears to be a good quality product and seems quieter then the previous door that came with our home. Both gentlemen helped me understand the importance of having the door serviced and how it is not a good idea to "lubricate" the door without knowing how it affects the rollers.
